Intermediate Course

Once students demonstrate proficiency in pistol safety and handling, they move to the next level, where they learn to safely draw and fire at stationary targets. We begin slowly to reinforce muscle memory and ensure comfort, which has proven effective for progress.

This stage also focuses on teaching smooth magazine changes, done at a methodical pace, just like drawing from the holster. Even the fastest shooters use this approach.

We reintroduce timed shooting, adding controlled stress once students have mastered the basics, then gradually increase the pace.

Multiple targets are introduced; sparking competition and helping students see their improvement. Many report that this is when the fundamentals truly click!

Advanced Pistol 2

Building on Advanced Pistol 1, this course focuses on dynamic shooting techniques, target transitions, shooting on the move, cover and concealment, and stress-induced drills.

Designed for more experienced shooters looking to refine their tactical skills and improve performance under pressure.

DRILLS INCLUDE: 

• Shooting on the Move:
  Engaging targets while engaging targets while advancing, retreating, and moving laterally.
• Multiple Target Transitions:
  While shooting at steel targets students learn to increase their speed and accuracy when engaging multiple targets.
• Use of Cover and Concealment:
  Practicing the proper use of barriers in defensive scenarios.
• Timed and physical exertion-based shooting to simulate high-pressure situations.

Cost: $175, a $75 deposit is required to secure your spot in the class. Balance is due in class, cash preferred, check, PayPal or Venmo accepted.
