You don’t need previous experience to take the LTC Course.
Training other than LTC course requires that you take a prerequisite course.
Most courses are four hours.
Morning Courses 9:00 – 1:00
Afternoon Courses 2:00 – 6:00
The minimum age for taking a course is 16. Students ages 16 & 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian enrolled in the same course; the minor will need to take the course with a participating parent. Once they are 18, they will be able to take courses on their own.
Yes. However, LTC course requires all shooters to shoot the .22 Cal. Ruger SR-22 or Sig Sauer P322
Firearms are provided at no extra cost. Ammo is included for LTC Class.
All other courses students can either bring their own ammo or purchase our ammo.

We keep our classes small. Typically 8-10 students.
Yes. Every student is awarded a certificate upon successful completion of the course.

Students receive a 10% discount if they take another course within one year.
Yes. Students who cancel or reschedule 14 days or more before the course start date will receive a full refund.
All courses are conducted under the watchful eyes of our seasoned staff. Safety is the #1 priority in all of our courses.
Possession of drugs or alcohol on the premises is strictly prohibited.
Each class lists the required equipment and the recommended clothing to wear. Courses are conducted on our outdoor range, we shoot 12 months out of the year; Rain or Shine!
Our instructors will inform the students before each class what the expected gun handling procedures will be for that specific class.

Yes. This is an intermediate to advanced course.
Yes, ALL of our instructors are competition shooters.
Yes. Most of our instructors are former Military and/or law enforcement.
Ammo and firearms are provided to students at the LTC Class.
All other classes, firearms are available for free. Students can bring their own ammo or purchase ammo from FTS.
The LTC course uses .22 cal pistols. We use Ruger SR-22’s and Sig Sauer P322’s.
All other courses provide the same .22’s plus Sig Sauer P320’s in 9mm.

Yes. We offer women’s only courses for LTC Courses and Skill Builder courses. We also offer the same for students 50+.
